With the plan about expanding cooperation with the nationwide universities and colleges, UHM Group continues to sign a cooperation agreement with the Vocational College on Recruitment Training in the last 07/2018.
Attending the ceremony, there was presence of General Director of UHM Group- Mr. Nguyen Huu An, Board of Experts and Board of Functional experts of UHMGROUP. On the side of school, there was the presence of Ms. Nguyen Thi My Hanh - Rector of Dalat Vocational College, typical officials and hundreds of students at the ceremony.

The ceremony took place in warm and friendly atmosphere between the two parties. Speaking at the ceremony, General Director of UHM Group- Mr. Nguyen Huu An raised the goal of developing a high-quality tourism industry of Da Lat City - Lam Dong in the period of 2016-2020 and stated to achieve the item this goal, cared about the improvement of Lam Dong tourism industry’s human resources.
In the race to seek professional and high-quality labor for the tourism industry, the quality of human resources is a challenge for Da Lat tourism industry. Moreover, most of the new recruiters must be retrained. This is a shortcoming from the limited cooperation between training institutions, vocational schools and enterprises, from which vocational guidance for students does not achieve the desired results, causing difficulties in recruitment.

While the shortage of human resource of Dalat tourism industry in specific and of the country in general, UHM Group expressed their wish that they want to cooperate Lam Dong Technical Economics College to train the high-quality human resources meeting the urgent needs of the market.
The two parties sign an official cooperation contract
Upon this spirit, Lam Dong Technical Economic College and UHM Group have moved to an agreement signing a Memorandum of Training Cooperation. According to this memorandum, both parties have cooperated to boost the quality of the training program for students who attending Lam Dong College of Technology and Economics as well as help students have chance to intern and work for businesses managed and operated by UHM group. In addition, the signing of this memorandum has contributed to improve the standard of students’ workmanship, which boost their self-confidence to work in a professional environment with the practical skill and high qualification.
