Accordingly, the criteria that the Marketing team of UHM Group carries out periodically monitoring include:

  • Conversion rate from readers to leads
  • Conversion rate from lead to customer
  • Interaction level
  • Loyalty / customer retention
  • Traffic website
  • Order number
  • The number of customers returning, or the number of people returning to the website

 

And from these data, each project will be evaluated and revised to develop a long-term strategy so that the project can develop more effectively.
