- Advising a bank in Vietnam to issue a guarantee for a capital contribution of up to USD 1,000,000. Consulting services provided include project risk analysis, mortgage consultancy, draft guarantee contract.
- Advise a foreign bank to issue a loan of up to USD 4,000,000. Advisory services provided include reviewing and completing the loan transaction structure, mortgage contracts and loan contracts in compliance with the laws of Vietnam;
- Advising a company in Vietnam regarding the restructuring of a financial company to a commercial bank. Advisory services include feasibility studies for projects, Vietnam's legal framework, precedents and government opinions related to this.
- Supporting a non-governmental organization in the study of Capacity Building for Vietnam Association of People's Credit Funds (VAPCF) and technical assistance for People's Credit Funds (PCF);
