Finally, the project is transferred completely to the employer with all items under the contract to ensure the criteria.

 

Accordingly, the organizational structure and structure of the hotel depends on the functions, tasks, quality scale and specific operating conditions of the hotel to ensure the following requirements:

 

- Mastering the tasks, functions, development directions, specific operating conditions

of the hotel;

- Analysis and selection of management model, organizational model, and functional identification;

- Simultaneous construction: institutions, apparatus, personnel;

- Develop the title of officers and requirements for each title;

- Establishing operation regulations of each unit;

- Building a system to check and supervise the operation of the apparatus;

- Building a process of perfecting the organizational structure suitable to the development of the hotel.
