Based on the personnel structure according to new standards to build and adjust the job description in developing human resources.

 

The work of developing job descriptions and staff standards includes:

- Analyze the work to be done of the Resort, make a table of work for each department;

- Develop managerial title of the Resort;

- Allocating the work of a title to perform;

- Evaluate the results applied in practice to complete the standards of employees through job assignment by title.

 

The standards of work

  1. Define the information in the job description table.

- Job Title.

- Report to and supervise whom.

- Summary of work purpose.

- List of main tasks.

- List of irregular missions.

- Requirements, attitude, presentation skills and satisfaction when serving guests.

- Who is in direct charge.

- Recruitment standards

 

  1. Responsibility

- Job description sheet.

- Standards.

- Identify employees responsible for the work they have done.

- Evaluate work capacity at least once in a year.

- Training new employees.

 

  1. Make a job description.

Meet with all employees in a certain team and ask them to outline the items that the work needs:

- Record according to the short chart;

- Add items that are deemed necessary with their agreement;

- Combining ideas from both sides;

- Determining priorities in logical chains

 

  1. Use the job description sheet

- Save a copy and everyone's records but make sure the staff and the department supervisor have a copy.

- Ask staff to sign for receipt.
